Instructions

  • 1. Using a 10mm mincer plate, mince the pork.
  • 2. Once minced, add the salt, red pepper, mace, nutmeg, cloves and garlic.
  • 3. Mix ingredients together thoroughly.
  • 4. Mince again using a 4mm mincer plate while adding water.
  • 5. Fill into sausage skins and tie into 10cm links.
  • 6. Refrigerate for use.
